to DIAMOND
With the five steps below, The Diamond Butler’s “Infinity Series” diamond is born. The diamond is finally sent to be certified by International Gemological Institute” (IGI) and given a unique identification with a laser inscription as a diamond piece.

CLEANING
The “hair/fur” that is received from our client will go through a cleaning process to remove the grease and impurities on its surface, as preparation for carbon extraction.

CARBON EXTRACTION
The “hair/fur” will be placed under high-temperature lamp for 3 full hours of burning to destroy the organic structure of hair/fur, leaving only the pure carbon element.

MOULDING
The carbon element will then be put through a “Graphite Conversion” process that uses high pressure to convert amorphous carbon into “Graphite Mould”

CULTIVATION
The obtained “Graphite Mould” is then put into a diamond cultivation machine that simulate the ultra-high temperature and pressure environment that forms the natural diamonds.
5
CUT AND POLISH
The cultivated diamond rough is then processed and cut by our professional and finished up with the required polishing.
"INFINITY SERIES" DIAMONDS ARE INTERNATIONALLY CERTIFIED AND GRADED ON THE EXACT SAME STANDARDS AS NATURAL MINED DIAMONDS.
